We all have that piece of music that brings us back to a specific time, stage or event in our life. Music transports us. It unlocks a part of our brain that accesses memories and emotions.
We tap into the science and by instinctively knowing and focussing on what increases engagement, a higher level of connection to the music is achieved.
Attention
to detail
We make the journey seamless and focus the attention on the moments (notes, tempo etc) where the composers and performers are looking to manipulate emotional arousal by violating expectations or by delaying the predicted outcome, in order to heighten the motivation/anticipation for resolution.
Classical Films
Classical Films was founded in 2020 by David Hinitt in response to the high demand of video during the pandemic. It brings together his wealth of audio and video experience into one company and delivers the highest quality in both. It offers a wide range of filming, from live concerts in large halls to small music videos.
The company regularly supplies a crew of up to 6-8 people, camera operators, AV producer, DOP, and Film Director. The company owns 14 cameras and regularly does multicam productions. Offering all the necessary equipment for any production including lighting, crane, jib, gimbals, remote follow focus, vision mixer, comms, dolly, track etc. The cameras are of the highest broadcast quality and we offer a very high quality picture.
Alongside David’s audio experience he has a wealth of filming experience over the last 15 years producing many music videos both of live concerts and in the studio. He has also been consultant in
permanent video installations in buildings such as Trinity College Cambridge, Westminster Abbey and Temple Church and designing filming facilities for organisations such as Voces8 and The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.

Sound Designer / Audio Engineer / Media Composer
Mike is a sound designer, media composer, audio engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. Mike has assisted on classical recording sessions for nearly 10 years, and produced work for global advertising campaigns with his music being played across TV, radio, and streaming networks.
